Confident telephone manner.

Proficient in MS Word, Office, Excel & PowerPoint, have experience or knowledge of supporting a sales / business development business functions from an administration standpoint would be beneficial.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Administrator for a new and exciting role that comes with responsibilities of supporting vital business development functions in a busy, multi-faceted office environment.

Responsibilities

  • General administrative duties
  • System Administration, inputting data using company CRM system and Microsoft packages
  • Registering the business with new organisation(s) & filling out PQQ’s
  • Managing portal systems
  • Following up on business communication both verbally and through website
  • Create & collate databases, updating contacts and new information
  • Prospective business canvassing and marketing
  • Mailshot campaigns
  • Creating & managing case studies
  • Contacting clients to set up appointments and booking meetings for the Business Development Director
